Friday, May 25, 2012 - Nueva ordenanza municipal sobre demolicion de una casa

La ciudad de Calgary aprobó una nueva ordenanza, en diciembre de 2011, donde exige al constructor firmar una declaración juramentada diciendo que no hay asbesto en el aislamiento. Si hay asbesto, la última cotización es de 20.000 dólares para limpiarlo de una propiedad bungaló.Asegúrese de que si esta haciendo remodelaciones,  el constructor haga una prueba al aislamiento, (insulation).Porque si te demandan esto es un negocio muy caro.
