In my professional opinion Calgary prices are going to eventually go so high that the market we are seeing at present will then seem so cheap. This is not all ?. this is not going to take more than 5 years. SO why wait till you really cannot afford a home in this vibrant city?

You need to know these ratios, to see if you qualify to buy a home. The first rule in Canadian qualifying is that monthly housing costsshould not exceed 32% of gross monthly income (this is called theGross Debt Service, or GDS ratio). el significado de GDS ratio (Gross Debt Service) y PITH (Principal Interest, Taxes and Heat) que no deberia exceder 32% y TDS (total Debt ratio) 42%. SI desea explicacion clara de estos ratios por favor llamarme de esta forma sabe como calcular estos ratios para la compra de su propiedad.
